About the Festival M&A Workshop

10:20- 10:50 AM – Module: Preparing Your Business For Sale & Valuation

Are you ready to sell your event? What’s your business really worth? Now What? This session will discuss the key steps involved with selling your live event such as preparation for a sale and valuation. In this closed door session we will discuss selling events and what you need to know to navigate this process successfully. This session will also discuss valuation and approaches to understanding what your event is potentially worth.

Time to cross your T’s and dot your I’s. In this session we will cover how to effectively work with your lawyer and discuss the  key legal issues you need to look out for when selling your event. We will cover the basic agreements,  LOI’s  and legal concerns you need to be aware of in connection with the sale of your event.
