Throughout his career, Sam has worked with nearly every major music artist, various cutting edge tech companies, and helped support many impact related businesses and Non profits. He has a vast network and ability to meaningfully connect with others. Sam’s passion is creating value through cross industry partnerships, particularly through bridging the world’s of music, technology, impact, and wellness.
Early in his career, Sam has produced and promoted large scale live music events such as The Fray, OneRepublic, Snoop Dog, 311, Dashboard Confessional, Third Eye Blind, Neon Trees, Imagine Dragons, Ben Folds, Common, Foster the People, Jimmy Eat World, Paramore, The Killers, Collective Soul, Capital Cities, etc.
Alongside producing major live music events, Sam also ran music marketing for Skullcandy headphones, playing an integral roll of headphone collaboration partnerships with: All American Rejects, Jay-Z (RocNation), Snoop Dog, and many others. These partnerships lead Sam to take Skullcandy on national tours such as The Warped Tour, All American Rejects, and Jay-Z (Blue Print 3) tours, supporting the marketing efforts for those projects.
Sam was a founding team member and head of Artist Relations for BandPage where he lead the charge to onboard over 500,000 musicians to the platform which became the 4th largest app on Facebook. Sam onboarded artists such as Kanye West, Rihanna, Bon Jovi, Taylor Swift, The Killers, Akon, Imagine Dragons, Wiz Khalifa, etc. BandPage was acquired by Youtube (GOOGL) in 2016.
After BandPage, Sam was the Co-Founder and Head of Artist Relations for Rallysong which built technology, partnerships and campaigns, partnering with top musicians to help them better support and raise funds/awareness for important world causes. Sam helped create impact campaigns with artists such as Black Eyed Peas, Jack Johnson, Matisyahu, and Korn.
Sam is currently Head of Music for Laudato Si’ Challenge – Inspired by His Holiness Pope Francis. Laudato Si’ Challenge is a global initiative that fins, funds, and accelerates early-stage companies with solutions to climate change and human migration, across eight different categories: energy, food, water, human potential, conservation, urban solutions, health, and industry and finance. Sam is also the founder of Creatrix Labs, which helps grow companies through online marketing, partnerships, influencers and events, and also Co-Founder of The Wellness Collective which merges new ideas and partnerships in the wellness/mindfulness industry.
Sam is on the advisory boards of multiple tech, impact, wellness, and music companies. He is on advisory boards with individuals such as Deepak Chopra, Will Smith, Scooter Braun, etc.
